At CCAC, Inc., our concern for our customers translates into service agreements that offer you top-notch service and satisfaction while giving you the greatest amount of flexibility. Our Peak Efficiency Service Agreement is designed to improve the performance of your heating and cooling system while extending the useful life of the system as much as possible. It’s intended to offer you the highest level of service while also providing convenience and accessibility.

Participants in our Peak Efficiency Service Agreement receive two system tune-ups each year. You don’t have to call us to schedule the inspection; we relieve you of that added worry by contacting you to arrange a time that is most convenient for you.

The service agreement gives you other benefits, too, including:

  • “Priority Customer” status for the entire year-long term of the agreement.
  • A 15 percent discount on parts and labor (excluding equipment).
  • 24-hour emergency service.
  • No overtime charges for service, with the same discounted rate applied to both nights and weekends.

Our Peak Efficiency Service Agreement costs $130 per year for one system and $110 for each additional system within the same home. The agreement will pay off with improved system efficiency, lower energy costs, fewer repairs, and less downtime when you need your heating or cooling system the most.

During our heating season checkup, our expert technicians will:

  • Clean & adjust burner assembly
  • Inspect blower assembly
  • Clean ignition assembly
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Test safety controls
  • Monitor flue draft
  • Test resistance heat
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Calibrate thermostat
  • Measure air split
  • Lubricate all moving parts

Our cooling season checkup includes tasks such as:

  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Monitor starting capabilities
  • Rinse condenser coil
  • Measure volts/amps on motors
  • Check contactor contacts
  • Check capacitors
  • Clear condensate drains
  • Measure temperature difference
  • Inspect or clean air filters
  • Visual duct inspection
